Our Story

Freshfarmtable was born from a simple observation: the kitchens where real change happens are often overlooked in discussions about wellness. We noticed that people weren't looking for another restrictive diet or complicated meal plan—they wanted to understand their food and feel confident making choices that worked for their unique bodies.

In Munich, where our community first gathered, we began hosting small kitchen workshops. Neighbors shared their experiences. Some talked about discovering which foods made them feel energized. Others described the joy of cooking without fear or confusion. These conversations revealed something profound: when people understand the "why" behind their eating choices, transformation happens naturally.

What started as informal kitchen gatherings evolved into our comprehensive online program—a space where science meets practicality, where evidence-based information is paired with delicious real-world recipes, and where a supportive community replaces judgment with curiosity.

Founder & Culinary Educator

Sophie trained at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Berlin and spent years working in restaurant kitchens before discovering her true passion: teaching people to cook with intention. She believes that understanding ingredients—where they come from and how they work in our bodies—transforms both the cooking experience and the eating experience.

Why We Do This
